Uptown Celina

Uptown Celina is a master-planned community by Rockhill Capital & Investments located adjacent to historic Downtown Celina. When Edit Your Brand joined the project, there were no homes to tour and no finished community to experience. What existed was a vision for a new district that needed a clear identity before it could be brought to market.

Our work began with developing a strategic identity that reflected the character of the community while creating a foundation for years of growth. Drawing inspiration from Uptown Celina's connection to historic downtown, we created a modern identity that felt authentic to its surroundings while appealing to today's homebuyers. Because the development included four distinct neighborhoods, we designed a family of brands that gave each community its own identity while maintaining consistency across the larger development.

From identity design and website development to marketing collateral, signage, social media, and grand opening materials, every piece was created to support the same vision from concept to completion. The result is a cohesive identity system that has guided Uptown Celina through years of growth, helping transform an idea on paper into a community people could recognize, experience, and ultimately call home.
